Who was Noor Mukadam?
Noor Mukadam (born on 23 October 1993, Died on 21 July 2021) was a Pakistani victim of murder. She was 27 years old (at the time of her murder). Her father is a former diplomat named Shaukat Mukadam.
On 21 July 2021, she was murdered at a house in Sector F-7/4, Islamabad. Before her murder, she was also being raped. She was murdered by 30 years old man named Zahir Jaffer. He tortured her with a knuckleduster before being shot with a pistol.

On the same day, an FIR was registered against Zahir. He was arrested from the scene, under Section 302 (premeditated murder) of the Pakistan Penal Code. his parents, his domestic workers, Therapy Works employee, and CEO were also arrested.

In the court when the judge was hearing the case with a lawyer. He constantly interrupted the conversation and used abusive language in the court. Judge Ata Rabbani warned him to shut his mouth but he did not listen to anyone.
The judge got fed up with his behavior and asked him to come out of the courtroom, due to which 4 policemen picked him up, took him to the courtroom, and locked him.
Zahir Jaffer confessed killing Noor Mukadam
Later, Zahir confesses his crime and says that he killed Noor because she was not accepting his marriage proposal. He told to police that he had tied Noor in the room as she was repeatedly trying to escape. He even hid her phone in a cupboard.
Zahir said, after locking Noor in the room, she was repeatedly threatening that she would file a case against him. She tried to run away several times but was caught by Gardner and the security guards. After this Zahir dragged Noor to the room and beheaded her.
He apologized in court and told Noor’s father that his daughter loved him. His life is now in his hands, if he says that he should be given the death penalty, then that too is acceptable to him.
