Google Filed Writ Plea to Delhi High Court, Against Confidential Data Leakage by CCI

Delhi – The big breaking news coming in at this hour. Google, in fact, has filed a writ petition before the Delhi High Court seeking prevention of leakage of confidential documents, reports, and findings by the Competition Commission of India during its ongoing investigation against the company.
That’s the big report that we’re getting for you at this point in time. A writ petition has been filed by Google which is a top tech company. And the conglomerate has mentioned protecting its privacy its documents, which have allegedly been leaked by certain nefarious interest people.
Google has filed a writ petition before the Delhi High Court speaking, prevention of leakage of confidential document of report binding by the CCI during its ongoing investigation against the company.
Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi today appear for Google and mentioned the matter before Delhi High Court and he claimed that the NT Trust body has prepared an investigation report against Google, which it has announced leaking to the media.
The report has already spread all over, he claims. The bench, however, agreed to hear Google’s Plea for tomorrow. Tomorrow the Delhi high could be take up Google Plea.
