The psychological thriller film Leave the World Behind, which is based on Romaan Alam’s book of the same name follows the story of two families. One who rents an Airbnb and the owners of the rental led by Julia Roberts and Mahershala Ali.

Both families struggle to survive during an inexplicable blackout along with Barack and Michelle Obama. Tanya Davis, Daniel M Stillman, and Nick Krishnamurthy. Alam also serves as executive producer of the film.
