How Hemant Lohia IPS Died?

On Monday night, October 3, 2022, Hament was found dead at his house in Jammu and Kashmir. After a police investigation, it was found that he was allegedly choked to death with the help of Yasir Lohar, Hemant’s domestic helper. Yasir has been absconding since the IPS officer was murdered. 

According to police, the murderer also tried to burn the body of Hemant as there was oil applied to Lohia’s legs. A broken piece of a ketchup bottle was also used to cut his throat because a wound has founded on his neck. It was found that the Terror group PAFF claimed that Hemant was killed by its special squad. But the Jammu police have not confirmed terrorist involvement.
